When considering my new page re So, what can these compromised directors do?
in light of my discussion at;
 I realized I needed another page viz:
The Inevitable Irresistible conclusion that any Director exercising Fiduciary Duty Must make re Wayne Goss'es Crime:   It is necessary for a logical progression.

It is basically about the Onus of Proof.  It is addressed to the layperson, rather than a legal academic.

You have seen my Legal definitions page at http://haigreport.com/definitionsregardingthelegalprocess.php, also addressed to the layperson.  I will have to add in Due process: aka Natural Justice plus 'Right to be Heard' so I can refer to them. [Yet to do.]  I do not wish to be using my 'currency' [ie hyperlinks to other sites], for the benefit of others, in general, when I can use those hyperlinks, for my benefit.  You will see I make regular link to Fiduciary Duty.

I have yet to write So, what can these compromised directors do? but that should be quite short:  'Resign, or do not trade with a Goss company.'

I will soon do the one aimed at Free TV Australia Limited.  I already have one page for it done.

I wonder if Goss will wonder what has struck him.  Because of Free TV Australia Limited, the media in Australia will not pick it up, but I expect interest from the US.  The interest will grow.  It is already.

You are a hard man, almost 'Old Testament' - like, in passing liability down the chain, albeit not from generation to generation. Goss does not come out of the Heiner Affair with credit but should that mean that he is to be treated like a pariah in the business world?

I know Goss is a crook. I'll let the market decide.  Markets usually get it right. I wish, via the Internet, to ensure that the Market is well informed.  I doubt that Wayne Goss has any particular skill, in running business.  Would re 'run a business' like he ran the government: destroy evidence of inconvenient truth/ information?  I pose the question:  What do the [Directors of the] Member Companies of Free TV Australia Limited expect to gain by having a known criminal whose actions in orchestrating publication of information extended to gross criminal conduct, to represent them?  Since Free TV is very popular in Autralia, and since this very public profile is not doing the public image of the Criminal Wayne Goss any harm, has he, the other directors of Free TV Australia Limited and the directors of the member companies of Free TV Australia Limited, done a 'wink wink' deal?   All those directors know, by exercising their Fiduciary Duty , that Wayne Goss is a criminal and has criminally destroyed evidence required in a court of law.  This shows not only the contempt that Wayne Goss, and his cabinet had for law, but also shows the contemt that the other directors of Free TV Australia Limited and the directors of the member companies of Free TV Australia Limited, also have for law.  We will name those other directors of the member companies of Free TV Australia Limited.  We have already named the the other directors of Free TV Australia Limited. Wayne Goss and his cabinet, thought they were so smart in destroying the documents, so defeating those who wanted the evidence in them to become evidence in court.  The evidence that Wayne Goss destroyed would have exposed pedophiles.  By detroying the evidence, Wayne Goss and his entire cabinet were ensuring that the pedophiles and pedophilia would continue.   He is a pariah and should be treated as a pariah.  I will do what I can to ensure that he is.  My purpose is to work away incrementally at the rogues who are responsible for so much corruption that has cheated all Queensland, much of Australia, now, and that has included me.  [Hence, I am motivated.]  The information will keep on working and growing, even when I am sleeping..  I will continue adding to it and tweaking it. The Heiner Documents involved evidence of pedophilia, and corruption.  By Goss destroying that evidence, he was supporting corruption and pedophilia.  But for this Wayne Goss corruption, Daniel Morcombe may not have been abducted.  Alternatively, but for the Wayne Goss corruption, the abductiors of Daniel Morcombe, may not have been protected by the corrupt police service of Queensland.

I have had quite a few successes on the Internet.  A previous manager of Coles St Lucia, Linda Maree Wease, used me to make her job easier, then lied that I had stolen old useless trolleys from Coles, and put those lies into an affidavit she signed.  She told me certain facts, which I believe were and are true, so I told Coles management, of her lies, and she was sacked. They could tell that I was telling the truth.  I knew specifics that I could know only if I were telling the truth.   Coles are vicariously liable for the impact of those lies upon me, STILL, so I will pursue that at some time.  I just determine my priorities, by ranking the relative payoff.  With Goss, so many of the strands of the corruption which has been directed at me over 35 years, unites into a single core: the labor corruption in Queensland.  Hence, I will now concentrate on Goss.  I am truly motivated.

I have had quite a few other wins.  All the time, the traffic to my sites is increasing exponentially. 

I can put pressure on Goss' Free TV Australia Limited stint.  There are many directors of its member free TV companies.  I have them all listed so Google will index the details;

One is the Seven Network and we already have 'history' with them regarding criminal matters. 

Goss' corruption has not occurred in isolation.  He has set the tone.  The CMC's response shows the CMC is corrupt.  By Goss terminating Fitzgerald, and instituting the CJC => CMC, meant that the prosecution for perjury of his labor 'lawyer' mate Terence Joseph Mellifont, discontinued. Mellifont's perjury was in regard to the corrupt cops that protected his SP bookie business after he was struck off permanently as a Solicitor circa 1980.  [His case is a classic, of when a 'striking off' should be permanent, and not just a suspension of a fixed term.]  Therefore,   Mellifont is guilty of perjury, and cheated me in 1974.  I had his bill taxed and that reduced it greatly, so he had his corrupt pig/police mates put a bad report of me in police secret files.   After that, while I was an accountant in Townsville, I was targeted by the police for no reason.  I, and my solicitor at the time, could not fathom it.

Leighton Holdings [LEI] are in much the same business as Goss'es Ausenco Limited [AAX].  Business Finance theory would suggest that movement in the price of their traded stock should in general, correlate, and quite strongly at that.

Today, [20090819], Leightons rose 4.12% and AAX declined by 4.95%.  I will continue to follow them.

I think that I understand your reasons for publishing but probably not why you push the arguments so far. The Heiner affair is part of Goss' history but is that relevant to his current commercial endeavours in the absence of a situation where a company seeks to hide disclosable information?

Re 'disclosable information': If the board did not disclose it, how would we know?  Precisely, what Wayne Goss did was to act criminally to conceal relevant information.  Goss is on record as acting criminally to 'hide disclosable information'.

Goss' criminal destruction of the Heiner Documents [after aborting the Heiner enquiry, as they did not want those matters investigated and disclosed], just shows clearly that Goss cannot be trusted.  Terence Joseph Mellifont by perjuring himself to the Fitzgerald Inquiry, was protecting the corrupt cops who had protected his SP bookie operation.  By Goss, closing the Fitzgerald Inquiry and replacing it with the Criminal Justice Commission, stacked with his corrupt mates from Association of labor Lawyers, [Terence Joseph Mellifont & Wayne Goss were members], Wayne Goss halted the prosecution of Terence Joseph Mellifont.  Also, by this, Wayne Goss has permitted that corrupt element within the police to remain, and grow since.

So that there can be no doubt of favourable consideration for the perjuring Criminal Terence Joseph Mellifont,  the wife of  Terence Joseph Mellifont, one Julie Maree Dick,  was appointed as the 'Parliamentary Crime and Misconduct Commissioner'  PCMC to warch over the new Crime and Misconduct Commission, to ensure the CMC did not continue the prosecution of her criminal husband Terence Joseph Mellifont. 

The 'Market' will determine if the relating of this information is relevant, I reckon.  I am just establishing a channel of communication.

This corruption has robbed me of so much, and permitted my brother in law to rob me also.  Apart from the assets I should now have, but lost due to my brothr in law parasite, the endemic corrutption in Queensland that has long spread to the Australian Federal scene, has also robbed me of so much time with my parents.  I am not flying off half cocked.  Goss, [& Mellifont], can still be prosecuted for their crimes.  Do you think all their crimes are now public?  I am sure they are not, nor are the many crimes they have spawned in  the police, magistrates' courts, CMC and all level of government in Queensland.  I also ponder, 'What does Merri Rose know?'

The CJC/CMC erroneous principle that a prosecution must be already on foot, before the law requires that documents cannot be destroyed, [any wonder that the CMC is  corrupt] shows that Goss did what he wanted and that was to create a corrupt commission, as it surely is.  Wayne Keith Goss has not been prosecuted.  The corrupt CMC and judges of Goss and subsequent labor premiers, means that a court will not act against Goss.  Because of their Fiduciary Duty, directors must act.  'Markets', as shown by Seven Network and rspca Pet Rescue, suggests that the directors will act. [SEVEN Network AXES rspca's 'Animal Rescue']  Seven Network has dumpted rspca 'Pet Rescue'.  The rspca are not happy as that produced much in donations and bequests for them.  The rspca are now involved in 'Cash for Comment' with Channel 9 'reporters'.

There is much on the Internet about Heiner but it is going nowhere.  The 'prosecution' [dpp] and courts are corrupt.  Goss, Beattie, and Bligh saw to that, and there is only one, or very few, prosecutors.  If you have any doubt about the veracity of the evidence and the law on this matter,  I suggest  you Google  the www for  "Heiner documents"  or  Google  the www for  "Heiner Affair"  or  Google  the www for  "Shreddergate".  You will find the Internet is packed with the detail and comment.

With directors and market participants [individual investors, and 'mutual funds'], there is not just one 'prosecutor, but rather every one is a 'decision maker'  with each director for the benefit each company for so many different companies, and they each have to turn their minds to that decision.  Their Fiduciary Duty requires that they must consider the evidence AFTER, they have investigated, which is just an Google search.  If they have any doubt about the veracity of the evidence and the law on this matter,  I suggest  they Google  the www for  "Heiner documents"  or  Google  the www for  "Heiner Affair"  or  Google  the www for  "Shreddergate".  You will find the Internet is packed with the detail and comment.

 Their Fiduciary Duty demands they must be vigilant.  They have to be responsible for their decision which each must make individually. Their Fiduciary Duty means they do not hae the 'luxury' of 'conveinent blindness'. These directors also have a personal 'financial' interest. Many/most of these public company directors have a number of directorships, so their personal performance may have an effect on the stock price of other stocks, or at least other directors and market participants, and eager bureaucratsd, may think that.   Adverse news is more mobile than good news. 

Australian media may not pick it up, but so many of the 'Goss' subsidiaries are US and international, so it is likely to be noticed, internationally.   There is so much need for 'content' of media today, and so many outlets, that the 'Heiner Affair, can now 'fly internationally'. 

Then internationally the Question will be asked, 'Why have the authorities not acted?'.  The Internet is filed with 'Heiner' websites..

Goss is responsible for the continuance and expansion of so much corruption that has greatly harmed me.  That is reason for my motivation.

This is all untested 'dynamics' and only possible due to the Internet.  I am sure Mellifont and Spender would never have thought of this when he and Spender defrauded me in 1974.

I claim as another success of solely the Internet, the sacking of Judy Magub. Judy Magub was the elected councillor on the Brisbane City Council for my ward.  She treated me abysmally. She was dealing secretly against my interests and secretly assisting my brother in law to cheat me.   The Police are corrupt, the [CMC] Crime and Misconduct Commission previously called the Criminal Justice Commission [CJC], set up under the Goss corrupt 'reign', is corrupt, and because Goss and his labor successors of Beattie and Bligh are also corrupt, the whole magistrates courts are totally corrupt, as well as all government appointments especially judicial.  Hence, the courts and authorities would give me no redress.  She was sacked by the Liberal Party from her seat and another lLiberal was parachuted into the seat without being elected.  I have not been given credit for Magub's demise, but I worked out how to do and did;  All the links are at The sacking of Judy Magub.  BTW, Judy Magub was livid with me. 

With Goss, I do not expect any public announcements either.  There are so many more people who will be 'interested' with Goss than were with Magub.

Wayne Goss is much amuch bigger fish, but then so many more people have much more to lose than with Magub.

Google has had our site for Goss' Ausenco Limited, indexed for only five days.

Goss' own Ausenco Limited website, provided me with all this content of these search terms.  Just Google "any of those terms" to see where our SITE/SSS, come, compared to Goss' Ausenco Limited site.  BTW, that "mike turney psi perth" was a visitor with a US IP.  Rather than having just Australia as a potential audience, our petential ausience for our Goss Ausenco Limited site and our Goss Free TV Australia Lmited site is now virtually the whole world.  On the Internet, Australia is just 0.3% of the world.  That gives us about 333 times the audience of just Australia, and they are likely to be interested, because most of our international visitors will have 'money' riding on this matter.

bogota, peru, madagascar;  That augers well as Australia is only 0.3% of the Internet.   There will be many many directors who will be forced to think long and hard, and I think I know what their decision will be.   It will not take many directors to cause the changes I desire.

The improvement will be gradual, but should accelerate with time.

With the 'Spent convictions' legislation, if Goss had been convicted, then after a period of time I would not be able to reference it, as the legislation would make it criminal for me to do so..  Since Wayne Goss  has not been convicted, I, and many others can continue to write about Shreddergate.

An added consideration is that this action by me may build me a 'reputation'.  Judy Magub won't forget me now, nor will the rspca.  [BTW, the rspca have not really done much to me.  They had me in their sights when I took it to them, and really got stuck into them.]
